Addi Cottone is an Associate in the firm’s Santa Rosa Beach, Florida office. She earned her law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and is admitted to practice in Florida state courts. Addi joined the firm in 2025 and concentrates her practice on real estate litigation, real property law, debt collection, and community association matters.
Addi completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina, where she graduated with highest honors in 2022. During law school, she served as a student associate with the Veterans Legal Clinic, advocating before administrative agencies and assisting low-income veterans with disability claims. She also externed for The Honorable Chief Judge Lisa Lott of the Superior Court for the Western Judicial Circuit of Georgia and contributed to an appellate case with the Georgia Capital Defenders on behalf of a low-income juvenile defendant.
Outside the office, Addi enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
