Ashley Rogers


Ashley Rogers is a partner in the firm’s Santa Rosa Beach, Florida office.

Ashley earned both her undergraduate degree in economics and her juris doctor degree from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the state bar associations of Florida, Alabama, and Louisiana, and is licensed to practice in numerous state and federal courts.

Ashley is a Board-Certified Specialist in Florida real estate law and currently serves on The Florida Bar’s real estate certification committee. She leads the firm’s real estate transactions department, addressing commercial and residential sales, financing, and title-insured transactions. She litigates matters involving real property, business, and financing issues.

Ashley is a member of the board of directors of the Walton County Economic Development Alliance. She previously served as a director and executive officer of the Okaloosa County Economic Development Council and was a community educator regarding the county economic development ad valorem tax exemption referendum and separate tax increment financing initiative. She is a recipient of the distinguished Pinnacle Award, given by 850 Business Magazine, in recognition of her contributions to business, community, and economic development in the Florida panhandle.
